Prince Toyin Olalemi

Martins Olatunji

Mr. Martins Olatunji holds Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic in 1996. He also bagged Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (1998) and Masters in Business Administration (2000) respectively from University of Ado-Ekiti.

Mr. Olatunji started his banking career in 1988 with Universal Trust Bank Plc. While in UTB, he served in various capacities until he was appointed the Branch Operations Manager, Iwo road Ibadan in 1994. He was later appointed the Branch Operations Manager for Lebanon Street, Ibadan in 1999.

In 2001, Mr. Olatunji left Universal Trust Bank Plc to join Global Bank Plc as the pioneer Head of Operations, Akure branch and later Dugbe, Ibadan branch in 2002. He served as the Relationship Manager of the branch in 2004 and was appointed the pioneer Branch Manager of UCH, Ibadan branch of the bank in 2005. He continued in that capacity when the bank merged with Intercontinental Bank Plc. He was appointed as the Pioneer Branch Manager of Ogbomosho branch and Ojoo, Ibadan branch in 2006 and 2008 respectively. He left Intercontinental Bank in 2009 to pursue his personal business until June 2015 when he joined Apex Trust MFB Ltd as Head of Business Development.

Mr. Olatunji is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and also on Associate of Nigeria Institute of Management.

Mr. Olatunji is happily married with Children.

Oteniara Folahade

Mrs. Oteniara Shade holds a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from the Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin in 1994 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Ibadan in 2013. She later became an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria – Microfinance Certification Programme in 2014, SL Professional Business School, Certification on Special Training for Head of Operation, Financial Controller & Accountant in MFB in 2018, Home of Professional Consultant Certification in Anti Money Laundering and Combating of Financial Terrorism Training and also had Certificate on Financial Inclusion and Agent Banking 2019 and Certificate in Strategic Business Development & Bank’s Branch Management from Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Lagos in 2019.

Mrs. Oteniara Shade had worked in various organizations among which are Simoch International Limited Surulere, Lagos and Good Business Services Limited Ikoyi, Lagos. She joined Apex Trust Micro Finance Bank Limited, Ibadan in 2008 and worked in various departments, some of which are; Marketing Department, Head of Customer Meeting Point, Head of Internal Control/Audit Department. She became the Head of Operations in 2012 and later rose within the ranks to become the Manager Business Development in 2019, a position she occupied till date. She is happily married and bless with children.

Adeyemo Temitayo

Mr. Adeyemo Temitayo Michael is a graduate of University of Ibadan 2009 session where he obtained his B.Sc in Agriculture and Forestry, he has a professional certificate in Tele Marketing, Customer Service.

After his NYSC, he started his career in Customer Service (Airtel Telecom) for 2years before moving to Virtue Plus MFI as a Supervisor in Marketing, Crest Microfinance Bank as Coordinating Supervisor in Marketing Department, Full Range MFB as a Branch Head and later joined Commercial bank (Wema Bank Plc) as Assistant Supervisor.

He is happily married with children.

Babalola Lanre

Mr. Babalola Lanre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Tai Solarin University of Education in 2015. He served as sales representative at Olamax Nig. Ltd from 2000 till 2003. He worked with Ebenezer Baptist Nur & Pry School Eruwa as a Computer teacher from year 2008 till June 2009.

He joined Excel Microfinance Bank Ltd in year 2009 till October 2016. He thereafter joined Apex Trust MFB in November 2016 in the capacity of Head of Retail Banking. He was later seconded as Head of Internal Control & Human Resources at Apex Trust MFB. He is currently serving as Head, Operation Department at Apex Trust MFB Ltd. He has attended different training programmes on micro finance banking business. He has concluded the mandatory Micro Finance Certification Program (MCP) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is happily married and blessed with God fearing children.

Alasan Emmanuel

Mr. Alasan Emmanuel Olushina is a dedicated and diplomatic Risk Management officer with a proven ability to improve working environments.

Alasan Emmanuel studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Federal College of Education Abeokuta. He has certificate in Accounting Technicians Scheme 9ATS) and also a member of Association of Accountancy Bodies in West Africa (ABWA)

Alasan Emmanuel started his banking career in 2007 with United Bank for Africa (UBA) as cash officer till 2010. He joined Apex Trust Microfinance Bank in 2015 as Internal Control/Human Resources and he has worked in various departments such as Risk Management, Recovery, and Credit Monitoring. He is presently the Head of Risk Management/Credit Monitoring and control.

Emmanuel also has certificate in Anti Money Laundering/Combating of Financial Terrorism, Basic Banking Operations and Accounting, Personal effectiveness and attitude Reorientation and understanding the Nigeria Banking Industry. He is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and many training on microfinance business.

Emmanuel is happily married with children.

Adeleke John

Mr. Adeleke Olusina John holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 2008. He is also a student of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).

Adeleke John served his country in 2009/2010. He started his banking career in 2011 with Seedvest Micro Finance Bank as a Credit Analyst (Credit Administration Department).

Adeleke John lectures in several annex of The Polytechnic, Ibadan from 2010 to 2014 under Continue Education Centre (CEC). He was employed at Foodco Nigeria Limited as Loss Control Supervisor in Loss Control Unit which was later redeployed to Account Department in year 2014.

Adeleke Olusina John joined Apex Trust Micro Finance Bank as Head, Risk Management & Recovery Department in 2017. He is presently the Head of Recovery Department.

Mr. Adeleke Olusina John is a Micro Finance Certified Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and also an Associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Mr. Adeleke is happily married with children.   

Olagunju Adekunle

Mr. Olagunju Adekunle obtained Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Polytechnic Ibadan, B.Sc in Business Administration from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Ikeji-Arakeji.

Olagunju Adekunle is a seasoned banker with over a decade of banking experience in Commercial Banks such as United bank of Africa (UBA).

He is happily married with children.   

Sangode Tolu

Miss. Tolulope Sangode is a Microfinance Certified Banker and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria since year 2014. She holds a bachelor of Education Degree in Economics and Political Science from Tai Solarin College of Education affiliated to University of Ibadan in 2006. She also bagged Degree of Master of Business administration (MBA) from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2017.

Tolulope started her Banking Career in 2009 with Sapida Microfinance Bank Ltd and served in several capacities till she rose to the post of an Internal Auditor. She joined Apex Trust Microfinance Bank Ltd in January 2020 as the Internal Control.

She has attended different training programmes on Microfinance Banking. She registered her microfinance banking profession with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria in the year 2018.

Ojerinde Adedayo

Mr. Ojerinde Adedayo Adeniyi obtained National Diploma in Financial Studies from Osun State Polytechnic Iree. Higher National Diploma In Accounting from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo and another Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke, PGD in Accounts from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and Masters of Business Administration, M.Sc in Social Works (Social Welfare) and MPA Masters in Public Administration all from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso.

He is a student member of both ICAN and CIBN.

Adedayo is a seasoned banker with over a decade of banking experience in commercial banks such as the defunct Skye Bank Plc  (Polaris Bank) and Cooperative Bank Plc where he has held several responsibilities.

He is happily married with children.
